help save internet radio

Unless senatorial bills pass prior to July 15, internet radio station's will see their required royalty pay out rates increase to unfiscally feasible levels, putting an end to many of the smaller, commercial free sites. I am lucky enough to live in a city with a decent terrestrial college run station, but just knowing that options will become more limited sucks, because every once in a while I do check out soma.fm for some chill grooves, and my hometown Radio 1190 is also simulcast online.
