If you're heading to San Fransisco anytime soon, you may want to visit VinoVenue, a self-dispensing wine tasting bar. Basically, you buy a prepaid card from $10-$100, and the machines will deduct anywhere from $1-$28 per ounce, depending on the varietal & vineyard. The card also keeps track of the wines you tasted just in case you get too toasted.
