heady sandy

Last night I was inspired to make a heady sandwich after perusing the Scanwiches site earlier in the day. Here's what I came up with. First I grilled a nice piece of chicken in some zesty spices.



Then I grilled up a nice big jalepeno and some green onion.



Fried up a little bacon.



Added slices of provalone on focaccia bread.



Poured a frosty Whirlwind.



Chopped everything up and pressed the samdwhich in my panini grill. Embelished with a pickle.
